As home to the epitome of love, Taj Mahal is renowned across the world. Even before, Taj Mahal, Agra was a favored destination with Mughal Emperors, the likes of Akbar and Humayoon, making it their home. In fact Agra was the base for most of the Mughal rulers. Taj Mahal is enough to capture the fancy of the most discerning travel enthusiast, but Agra has more. The Redfort is another architectural glory that Agra is proud of. Another popular tourist spot in Agra is Ram Bagh, a garden built by Babur. It is believed that Babur was buried here for a brief period before he was taken to Kabul.
