I have been meaning to write to you for a while to thank you for the great arrangements you made with the trip. We did not have any problem the whole trip except that the time was too short.

You have a wonderful and excellent employee in Dil. He was most pleasant with a great sense of humour. We all hope we meet up with him some day. Please convey our good wishes to him.

We will certainly avail of you services if we visit Kerala again. Do you have any other branches in Kerala - other than Kochi.

Many many Thanks for arranging very nice Taxi and the Houseboat during our tour to
Kerala during the period 23 rd may 2013 to 29 th May 2013.

The Houseboat experiance was really overhelming and all my family members enjoyed.

The taxi driver Mr Priyesh was a thorough gentleman with soft spoken and humble
behaviour, Very informative and always very very co-operative and especially his
driving skill was very very smooth and safe driving; never rash for even a single
moment.

Overall all my family members always felt secured and safe.

This is a long waited email that I wanted to write to you about, and give
some feedback.
Our trip to Kerala last November was great! Thank you very much for all the
arrangements.

I strongly want you to know that the service and staff approach at Club Mahindra
at Munnar was very disappointing. Do keep this in mind before
suggesting this place to your other clients.

The rest of the stay was very nice and welcoming. The van driver Biju was
really nice, polite, well mannered and was an extremely careful driver.

I received an email from your accounts dept. recently, re. Refunds of the
extra bed cancellation.
Thank you very much for the same and I appreciate that.

We would love to visit Kerala again in future.
